Housing that slows the city down.
Platform Fifty Seven is a new residential project by Reality Group, located at the threshold between city and sea – where Jaffa breathes, and Tel Aviv begins. Once a port of constant movement, this place carried people, goods, and ideas that shaped the city’s first dreams. Change was always part of its rhythm, but never at the expense of grounding. Today, amid the restless speed of the modern city, Platform Fifty Seven offers a different pace – one that listens to its surroundings and finds meaning in presence, not reaction.
Here, now, and otherwise.
The project’s starting point was clear: to create something that belongs to its surroundings. While most new developments lean on the language of Tel Aviv or the nostalgia of Jaffa, Platform Fifty Seven takes neither path. Its strategy resists imitation – it doesn’t seek to restore what was or to borrow someone else’s shine. Instead, it draws from the site itself: the textures, the tempo, the air. It acknowledges the changing rhythms of the city, but answers them with composure, restraint, and quiet relevance.
A new tone of living.
The visual identity takes its cue from the port’s original spirit – a place of movement and exchange that was always deeply personal. It translates that intimacy into a tone that is direct, quiet, and deliberate. Every element feels chosen rather than designed, echoing a slower rhythm of communication. The result is an identity that speaks softly but with presence – a reflection of a place that allows life to unfold at its own pace.
