Monto is a fintech startup on a mission to make B2B payments effortless. The project had one clear focus – to create a brand identity that lifts the company beyond function and into meaning: smooth, human, and intuitive, with a spark of wonder. The new identity positions Monto not as another financial tool, but as a companion that makes complexity disappear. Hocus pocus.

At the heart of the brand lies the magic of turning what’s complex into what feels effortless. If it feels like magic and works like magic, it must be Monto. The idea isn’t about spectacle, but simplicity: sparks that signal change, colors that radiate optimism, and a tone that balances confidence with ease. A world where chaos turns to clarity, effort turns to flow, and payments simply happen.

Illustration became Monto’s most expressive tool – light, playful, and deeply human. Rather than rely on the authority typical of finance, we turned to wonder, possibility, and flow. The drawings transform abstract systems into relatable stories, using light and motion to visualize transformation. Sparks, gradients, and fluid forms suggest energy and ease, creating a world where payments feel less like transactions and more like moments of magic.
