A hub for structure and change.
Beit Hayotzer, as a hub for diverse initiatives and community engagement, it honors the richness of Israeli society while expanding its circles of impact. Yet with multiple programs operating under different names, public recognition was fragmented, creating the need for a unified brand and name that could clearly express its mission and presence.
Form. Space. Connection.
The logo centers on the Hebrew letter Chet, echoing the architecture of the building while symbolizing an open frame – a space that can contain changing elements. By deconstructing the letter into separate parts, we created a dual gestalt: the eye naturally completes the missing form while also recognizing the imagery of a joint. Solid lines act as pillars, while the spaces between them bring air and rhythm, embodying the center as a place of breath, process, and growth.
Held together, not fixed.
Joints hold things together intentionally, balancing stability with flexibility. This concept shaped the visual language, creating modular elements that connect, adapt, and shift across contexts. Reflecting Beit Hayotzer’s role in the community, the design preserves individuality within a supportive structure – turning connection into a meaningful act of cultural transformation.
